Schools begin in minds and hearts not in buildings. Similarly Bezallel Primary School started in the minds of the pastor and a few members in his
church and in 2000 what was being incubated inside was hatched. This was in
answer to the many cries of orphans in our nation, and Kamuli in particular. The
turn up of pupils to this Christian based school has overwhelmed us.
We give free education to orphans and the less privileged children. We also
give them some lunch every day and engrave basic Christian principles in their
lives, whereas the school curriculum is properly followed. We have seen our aims
come true that is to help orphans, destitute children, good morals and having
God fearing children and we hope our community will not remain the same
with the impact of these children.

and the children of Bezallel primary school
Our current in take is 370 pupils in seven classes of these 198 are girls
while the remaining 172 are boys. They come from different religious backgrounds
although when at school we teach them the love of Christ and his purpose of
coming to this world. Out of the total 370 pupils 246 are orphans /destitute
children. The remaining children pay some minimal amount to cater for some few
school requirements.
Due to the bad conditions among the orphans, we have decided to take some of
them into the boarding section to improve on their welfare.
